HOW HOT DOES THE SAUNA GET?
Our wood-fired sauna typically reaches temperatures between 70°C and 90°C (158°F–194°F), providing a deeply relaxing and restorative heat. We always monitor and adjust the heat to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
HOW LONG IS EACH SAUNA SESSION?
Each session is 50 minutes long. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow time to get changed and settled in. This ensures you enjoy the full 50 minutes of heat, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY IN AT ONE TIME?
During your 50-minute session, we recommend splitting your time into two or three shorter rounds of 10 to 15 minutes each, with breaks to cool down — ideally with a dip in the sea! Always listen to your body and stay hydrated.
IS IT SAFE TO ALTERNATE BETWEEN SAUNA AND THE SEA?
Yes! Alternating between the sauna’s heat and the sea’s cold water is a time-honored wellness practice known as contrast therapy. It helps boost circulation, ease muscle tension, and leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN THE SAUNA?
We suggest wearing a swimsuit or lightweight towel wrap. This keeps you comfortable and maintains the shared space. We also recommend bringing an extra towel to sit on for hygiene and comfort.
CAN ANYONE USE THE SAUNA?
Most people can safely enjoy the sauna, but if you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor first. If you feel dizzy, unwell, or overheated at any time, leave the sauna and rest.
IS IT OK TO BRING CHILDREN?
We generally recommend that the sauna be used by adults and older children (over 12), but younger children may be allowed under adult supervision — always ensuring they stay cool and hydrated, and limiting their time inside.
HOW DO I BOOK A SAUNA SESSION?
All sauna sessions must be booked in advance via our website. We do not accept walk-in bookings at this time. Alternatively, for extra benefits and added flexibility, you can join one of our membership plans — giving you priority access and the freedom to enjoy the sauna whenever you want.
